Approached by a head hunt. Quite standard interview process, no surprises. 1st round HR, 2nd line manager and upper manager. HR interview was more about background, motivation, past work experience, etc. Language requirement was not high. Intermediate level was quite enough. Line manager interview was very brief. It was more about an impression rather than interview. Then there was the 2nd-line manager interview - the boss of my team. He was quite into detail. As I switched function, he was very curious why and spent quite some time there. Then he described several common situations to ask for my response, e.g. how to communicate x-functionly, what matters to a brand, etc.
