Attended interview in March for Bangalore location....end of the day after two rounds of technical HR told I was selected and will get call from hr for documents. I received mail and submitted documents too..it's been three weeks....no mails from them...even if we call or mail no response from them... Then what is the point of conducting interview and getting all personal details from candidates saying "we will send offer letter"... What kind of procedure is this? Very pathetic and very unprofessional .....even if for some reason offer is rejected atleast have some decency to update the selected candidates.. neglecting calls and mails are unprofessional way for such an MNC...
