I didn't have any communication with interviewer,When i was explaining my approach he simply asked me to code it. Being a service based company it doesn't have the people who has the ability to answer these questions at least. They are mentioning the DS and Algo in their job profile for publicity stunt . I think they don't have the requirement or they are not able to pay packages. Simply wasting people time . Cheap HR and interview panels who have high industry experience less knowledge don't know how to conduct interviews . I am not Generalizing anything here ,but service based mentality is always service based . Suggestion for those people attending this company. If you think you dont have much knowledge you need a job for survival , please go for it. I think you better sit idle rather than working for this company.
