Two interviews by my "to be" reporting manager, One in-person interview, and one HR interview. Process took about 3 weeks. Primary focus was on evaluating fitment (workwise) - what I had done in my professional career, how it fits with their requirements and what I was looking for in Mphasis as a career opportunity.

Interview
Multiple interview with people in the US and India. No consistency in the questions or the people. Clearly there is not one direction for hiring and it is about personal relationship. Most of the management and HR are all Indian.
