One person set up a video interview with a Mphasis hiring manager who was not familiar with job requirements or processes. It was a standard interview and then they requested a video interview with the client they represented. The client was a no show for the interview with no communication. Rescheduled video interview with the client for the next day and it felt unclear what the role would be day-to-day other than heading up an outsourced team in India. No follow-up after that so no idea if the position is still available.
