Interview
Mphasis wants to build a global presence. For their engagement with JPMC in Singapore, they conducted interview. From Mphasis, they wanted people on their payroll to work with JPMC. I have been interviewed by Client and once they were ok with me got an offer from Mphasis. Interview panel included Executive Director and Vice President and was insightful. They had a requirement which is similar to my previous roles with additional responsibility. One round of technical and business interview and then had a HR round with Mphasis. Salary was discussed and then I accepted the offer.

Question 1
Technical skills: A round of question on Previous work experience and how to resolve technical challenges were asked. Followed by few Business Questions. Every thing was as planned. Questions were easy and interviewer took time to analyse how I answer the questions.
