Mphasis Senior Tech Support interview questions

The Interview was conducted at a consultantancy where we had some challenges getting the Voice and Accent Round cleared due to background disturbances at the consultancy. I requested for a repeat round as many others also faced similar issue. This was accepted and then we were called to the Company for the same round and I cleared the round for an Interview with the V&A Trainer. Cleared that round as well and was put for an apptitude test and then for an Operations Round which was great. The Operations Manager was a real nice gem of a person
