I applied online scheduled an interview and received multiple emails and text messages about the interview time as a reminder. No call at the appointed time and after 30 minutes I called the office and got hung up on. Found the owner on linkedIn and messaged about whether the job was still available and did not hear back. Would have been nice to get an email or text if the job had already been filled.
