Conducted on platforms like Mettl, Cocubes, or AMCAT.
Sections:
Quantitative Aptitude → Percentages, Probability, PnC, Time-Speed-Distance, Averages.
Logical Reasoning → Puzzles, seating arrangements, series, coding-decoding.
Data Interpretation → Tables, graphs, caselets.
Basic Verbal Ability → Grammar, comprehension, critical reasoning.
Time: 45–60 mins.
Cutoff is strict — only ~15–20% clear this round.
2. Group Discussion (GD) / Case Study
Often a business case discussion rather than a debate.
Example: “A retail chain is facing declining sales. How would you analyze the problem?”
Focus is on structured thinking, clarity, and teamwork (not just speaking loudly).
Sometimes replaced by a Written Case Study round where you solve and submit your approach.
3. Technical / Case Interview
Interviewer tests problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Common topics:
Guesstimate questions (“How many ATMs are there in India?”).
Business case questions (“How would you improve revenue for an airline company?”).
Puzzles and logical questions.
Some basic statistics/probability.
Coding is not the main focus (unlike product companies), but they may check Excel/SQL basics.
4. HR / Final Round
Typical behavioral questions:
“Tell me about yourself.”
“Why Mu Sigma?”
“How do you handle pressure?”
“Where do you see yourself in 5 years?”
They assess cultural fit, adaptability, and communication skills.
