Was referred by a friend and reported at the said time in the office Round 1: Aptitude 10 assorted (mostly time & work, numbers & time & distance) 5 Data Interpretation 5 Critical Reasoning Scored 16/20 Round 2: GD Was given two topics - Based on current affair Round 3: JAM (kinda fun) Was given a personality & was asked to talk about them Round 4: Technical Interview Intro & General questions 3 math puzzles to solve - got all 3 right though took a lot of time on the second one & attempted it twice Round 5: Interview with top management The top management act as the final sieve They check the attitude of a person, basically to see if you are eager to learn, what you already know about the industry, how well you understand any business situations You will be given a business problem and asked to analyse it - come up with reasons for what could be a cause

Written quant test with 20 questions, followed by group discussion, followed by 2 interviews which is a mix of behavioral and logic questions. Based on the performance in the 2 interviews there may be an additional 3rd round also required
