Interview
Interview experience mentioned is for off campus hiring at Blr 2019. Interviewer is interested in what you highlight in your CV so make sure you include points that you are confident you can speak on. Time interview lasted : 40 mins, for almost everyone. Questions will test your decision making skills and reasoning based on examples of your life. Puzzles are also asked often but only to test approach in answering, which can be learnt in advance through online resources (final answer can be considered a bonus point). Expect some HR questions as well regarding any achievements/failures, hobbies, values, goals and the like. Try and be as honest as possible (barring maybe a few incidents that no one must know), especially do not lie about or inflate your achievements/skills. They will test and catch you which will result in rejection.
Overall a humble, courteous attitude with good communication skills is desirable with logical thought process.
