A couple of weeks after I applied for the off campus drive, I received an interview invitation. The whole recruitment process was carried out in their Bangalore office. The first round was a pen and paper test based on aptitude and basics of ML and statistics, the material of which was sent around a week prior to the interview. Shortlisted candidates were given a case study. No pen and paper was given here but the group of candidates had to provide the solution through a discussion monitored by the interviewer. The candidates shortlisted after this round had a face to face interview, where questions on resume, guess estimates, puzzles, business problems etc were asked. The whole process got over in about 4 hours, which was the best part. There was absolutely no delay from the company's side. At the end, 2 out of around 25 people received the offer.
