Recruitment is a 2 day process It consisted of four rounds : First day 1)Apti (Simple...only 20 que) Second day 2)Gd 3)video synthesis and case study 4)2 rounds of inteviews Apti contained of simple quant and logic questions and 5 programming logic questions(just the logic and not the syntax) Very easy to crack the apti and most of the people will My Gd topic was an abstract one - IDENTITY Try to give more and more innovative and out of the box points as possible..even if you give 2/3 points but if they are effective and creative,you will sureky crack this Video synthesis and case study are also quite easy but they do eliminate people after this round...In video synthesis they show a 2 minute video and we need to write only those points which you understand from the video.. case study was a surprise round..we were given some data of a firm..we need to answer "What business questions can you answer from that data?" First interview contained puzzles and case studies to be answered Second was a pure HR interview
