It was a four step process where the first round (an onlin test) was conducted on the first day and the remaining on the next day. The first was an online test which had some what easy questions involving aptitude and coding (just to test your ability to thing logically, not much of programming skills required). The second is a GD where the people shotlisted from the 1st round are divided into groups and given a pretty general topic (you can always ask to change the topic if you are not comfortable with it). I would suggest to speak some 2-3 points which are effective rather than speaking a lot pointlessly. They usually take 3-4 people from a group of 10. The third is Video synthesis + Case study round. They ask you to write down what you have understood from a two minute video. Then they give you some data sheets of a company from which you'll be asked to frame some questions which can be made from that data. The fourth round was Interviews. I had technical and a HR interview. In techincal I was asked some questions from my resume and some puzzles. HR was pretty simple.
