Selection process combined the following stages:
1. Written online test divided into 3 sections. Section A had most quant questions. Section B had logical reasoning and DI questions. Section C was technical which comprised of coding (predicting output and finding errors). Was pretty much easy.
2. Video Synthesis and Case Study. A short video was shown which you had to synthesize as in write the message of the video and a basic understanding. Case Study involved business related questions which would help in analytics and data interpretation of a retail store (example given to me). People with a good business and marketing sense should be able to deal with it easily.
3. Group Discussion. Mostly burning issues discussed. Key is to be bold and make value points.
4. Interview. Consisted of 2 rounds. Technical wherein they asked you about the case study given in the 2nd round. They may ask you questions related to more case studies as well. Most important round in the whole process. Then there was the HR round. They expect you to be very clear good in communication. HR interview was more of an informal way.
