I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Mu Sigma (Bengaluru)
Interview
The first round was an aptitude test with questions from quants, analytical and verbal reasoning. The selected students are called for next round which is a video synthesis round.
In this round a video is shown and we are supposed to write a few points as to what we can interpret from it. So this round helps them judge about our observation and thinking ability. The next round is a Case study, in which a typical problem with all necessary details are given, in this round you are supposed to list what questions would you ask your client and what other details do you require from them in order to analyze and solve their problem, have to be written down on a sheet of paper, also some solutions which could solve their problem have to be provided. The next round is Group discussion where all the candidates are grouped randomly in batches of 8-10. Every group is monitored by about 4-5 company representatives, hence be very careful in how you take your turn and present your points.
All the above mentioned rounds are cumulatively graded and those who clear all 3 rounds would be called up for 2 rounds of interview
