I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Mu Sigma (Bhubaneshwar) in Aug 2019
Interview
The process consist of two rounds, for me it was in KIIT college campus placements. Round 1 consist of :-
1. Apptitude,
2. Few current affairs( common one's, that too with choice to select category like sports, music, politics etc..),
3. A business problem with conditions given, you have to provide just the solution you can think of is the best for the scenario, and in the same problem some statistical problem.
Difficulty level - Medium
If cleared round 1,(In our case round 1 happened months before round 2).
Then comes the round 2(The interview process). Here the challenge comes because Musigma is famous for its stress interviews. Since it was a campus placement. We had to wait around 6-7 hrs in the auditorium hall only for our turn. That tests your patience. My turn came around 12:30am.. its bit too late for the day. There were variety sets of questions asked to many ,like personality based, problem solving(business problems), Ice breaker questions, and some technical questions(Realted to project you have worked on). Then they just announced the result after they had completed the process by 3 am .
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Q1. Tell me something about yourself.
Q2. Tell me about projects you have worked on.(Mine was based on Data science only, its just an advantage but not necessarily). - Then few subquestions about my approach and python related ques, as it was based on python.
Q3. Why you would like to join Musigma? And what you expect from us.
Q4. (The tricky one) What will you choose if you get an offer from Amazon and Musigma, and why so?
