I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mu Sigma in Dec 2011
Interview
Referred through a friend of mine. The HR people sit out of India, so they dont know when to call you. I got calls late in the night to discuss about my application :) Other than that it was a good overall. I had 5 rounds of interviews. 3 over phone, 2 1:1 meetings. One of them in a coffee shop and the other was a lunch, both with senior management team. They are pretty chilled out.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mu Sigma (Richmond, VA) in Aug 2019
Interview
Completely waste of time. They took 4 rounds of interviews and tokd me that I am not good at Python so they are rejecting me. The people who where taking my interview where very ignorant and didn’t even bother listening to my answers. They offered me very low salary. So declined. Also, I heard from their employees that work atmosphere is stressful and team leads are very rude to associates.
I am happy that I am not going to be part of all this.
