Interview
The recruiting procedure started with a detail presentation by the company officials and then a simple written test which was objective in nature and consisted of questions from quantitative and data interpretation sections. Selected candidates had to go through another elimination round which was a group discussion with very general topics related to media, cricket etc. Finally, there was only one interview with some basic HR questions, puzzles and business aptitude problems.
The most sought after quality is that how well do you understand the applications of statistical analysis in the business processes and decision making and your motivations for the same. They were also looking for the candidate's competency in math and related subjects and checked concerned subject's grades.

Written quant test with 20 questions, followed by group discussion, followed by 2 interviews which is a mix of behavioral and logic questions. Based on the performance in the 2 interviews there may be an additional 3rd round also required
