It was a joke. Just a video call, and the interview had delayed our interview by two days because of an emergency. Before I did the web video interview I had to do a online test where I submitted timed responses to some free response questions, as well as a timed essay and a small math test. That part was okay, not too bad at all. The actual interview was a mere conversation. They needed hires to come to India because so many had gotten the offer to do the Columbus program but many declined.
