Got reached out by HR at Mu Sigma about opening. The process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at Mu Sigma in July 2013.
Interview Details
1. Initial screening done by HR.
2. Reached out by one regional head who asked me about my background and drilled into one of my projects. He covered my profile,analytical skills, logic, etc. Average difficulty.
3. Reached out by another regional head who checked why I be interested.
4. Sales person is a real cheap businessman and a trouble guy. At first instance he said that local options was open. Then when it come to the final stages, he instead asked me to re-locate to a much more expensive location at 40% less than market value for same position with another consulting outfit (similar hours and better branding).
5. HR said the relocation is a standard package irrespective of where you move from. They are pathetic and are a mere puppet for the sales lead.
