Recruiter texted me to set up an interview. Interviewed me, said he would get back to me in a week or so with next steps, ghosted me. Reached out on linked in and asked me to apply. I told him he already interviewed me. He was obviously embarrassed and said there were gaps in my interview since I couldn’t answer all of his questions. The only question I could not answer was “what was the name of your favorite MBA teacher?” I got my MBA in 2006...... We never talked in depth about my professional experience or accomplishments.
