Interview
The interviews consisted of multiple talks: First, with the head recruiter, with a current engineer, again with the head recruiter and later with the founders of the company. In between they did a programming test based on a simple applicataion concept.
The call with the current engineer was split into two parts: a live test, answering some technical questions and doing simple whiteboard coding tasks, sencond a review of the programming test that was scheduled between the calls.

Questions were focused on the technologies involved, i.e., python and math of robotics, as well as basic software engineering practices like program structure.
