It was relaxed and informal interview. It included mutual introductions, relevant experience summary and typical examples of past support cases. TA representative provided a good intro of the company’s business and IT support organization. TA followed up with request for examples of past support cases. After emailing those examples, next indicated step was review of it by a hiring manager. Subsequent inquiry to TA about my application status remains unanswered.
