Interview
I talked to the HR, and they were nice and told me lots about the companies, I heard back about my application longer than promised but the experience was overall good

Interview
Phone interview with Lead UI/UX Designer, 25mins
Interviewer was not friendly and just cut to the chase.
she asked "Why do you want to work at Mujin?" I gave a straight forward answer.
she asked again, "Why do you want to work at Mujin specifically?"
So clearly, she's fishing for a specific answer. I'm not sure what she wants, but usually this is a Red Flag, shows that the interviewers is very biased.
The interviewer didn't even look at my portfolio before the interview and didn't ask me about my design process.
More red flags.
They don't seem to care about your skill set or background, they seem to be looking for a specific type of person.
