Had a phone screen and discovered that it was not a good fit for me. The job requirement as posted was a good fit but the team understandably had other requirements that were not clearly spelled out. I looked at several reviews where HR responded and I have to say that they boarder l on some of the most unprofessional responses. I got the sense that HR is clearly out of touch.with its employees. Based on that, I don’t think I will be applying to Multicare
