Typical interview process. HR will be contacting you first that they have received your application and there is an open position that matches your skills and so on. Then they will set up a phone interview with the manager but that was only to know your availability for an actual in person interview. After the interview, the manager will show you around the area, introduce to some coworkers and all.

I had a pre-screening phone interview with HR two days after applying online. The next day, I had a video interview with the department manager and staff. The interviewer was not the person who had been assigned, but it seemed fine.

The recruiter never called me for a phone interview and no follow up why he didn’t give me a call. I sent an email to candidate pool that I was waiting for 30 minutes. Even after a business day, never followed up.

The recruiter was supposed to call me for a phone interview, but it never happened. I sent an email to check a status if I was getting a call. Never respond. I wasted my time to prepare my interview and they never share a status email with me. Horrible experience.

Initial interview with the nurse manager, and then waited about a week to get a call from HR. I was given a tentative offer at this time and asked for references.
