First there is a phone screen with a recruiter. Then there will either be a phone interview or in person interview with a manager from a floor in the hospital

Phone interview, reminders through virtual meetings. Waited for for a while a little over the stated time. The interviewer was friendly and courteous. It is a short interview, you wait for a couple of days then a recruiter will contact you is you move ahead or you will receive a letter of decline.
