Standard interview phone screen with a recruiter who doesn't necessarily know much about the position. Afterwards a scheduled initial greet with the manager of the team to get a feel for the job and for personality fit. A phone call with the CISO to discuss the team vision and future roadmap and what they are looking for in a new hire. Then an in-person (pre-Covid) interview with the larger team you'll be a part of.

Question 1
Standard security question and networking basics questions. Problem solving methodology is what they were really after, which I appreciate more than a pass/fail based on pre-canned questions that aren't relevant to the job per-say.
