I was referred by a current employee for the position and I was given the hiring manager's information. I sent the manager my resume and I had a response from him within a day, asking me to formally apply. The interview was scheduled within a week, and although I was on vacation, I had a MS Teams meeting with the hiring manager and the Director. The interview was up beat and vey pleasant. I was nervous, but they made me feel at ease. I had a phone call the evening ofthe interview with an offer. I was surprised how quickly they responded and was very excited to join.
