Interview
The interview process is pretty easy. They ask typical questions. They explain what happens in the clinic and do let people ask questions along the way. They don't typically take to long to send either an offer or a "no thank you" email.

Tell me about a time that you have dealt with an angry customer and what you did to resolve the situation.
I filled out an application online through the Multicare website. I received a call from the clinic manager for an interview. After the interview, I was offered the job. The entire process took around 1 month or so.
