I was invited to take a survey, one of the first questions was whether I was above or below 40 years old. The next 30-40 questions were all psychological, asking how you get along with coworkers, group projects, etc., and then the last questions were about how many times you looked for a job while employed at your previous job. It felt very probing and invasive, particularly for a position which is not even a leadership position.
