Interview
When trying to set up an appointment with the Olivia AI assistant after having gotten a text message that I was selected for an interview, there were no phone screening interview time slots available. I tried using the AI assistant to resolve the issue, but there was no solution offered. After emailing the candidate team experience email in three separate occasions, I have yet to receive a response about the matter. It has almost been two months since I submitted my application for this role.

I never got to interview with Multicare since the candidate experience team never reached out about the non-existent interview time slots. This led me to miss out on the opportunity for the position and be ghosted three times.
