You're given a list of questions beforehand, the panel of interviewers go around and ask the questions in order. Most of them write down parts of your answer while you're speaking, so there is very little eye contact. Many of the questions were questions about knowledge of codes, etc. which made it difficult to have a conversation with the panel.
