Telephone interviewed and got selected for Second round of interview with the Reporting Director, a long silence before they came out and said, they went with another candidate. The H.R person who initially interviewed me never responds (whatsoever) to my phone call or email follow-ups. Never got any response when I asked the H.R to forward my Thank you Note (Letter) to the Hiring Director. It shows a VERY BAD impression of the overall company when the H.R acts unprofessionally treating the candidates as commodities.
