3 weeks for recruiter contact after initial application. 2 weeks for panel interview after initial screen. All interviewers were reading questions off of a list. some were not engaged or interested in learning about me, they just wanted to get off the call. One lady was yawning and looking to the side while I answered her boring question. Boring question will bring boring answer but be respectful. I got the automated rejection email soon after that but little do they know that I had no interest in considering them any longer after meeting some of those people, especially the sleepy one.
