The interview process with Muon was disorganized and frustrating. After applying in early summer, I didn't hear back for 1.5 months before finally interviewing with an initial recruiter. Despite having the interview, no one followed up, and 1.5 months later, I received a generic email from the same recruiter to "schedule a time to meet" as if we'd never spoken. During the second call, the recruiter had no recollection or notes from the first interview. I interviewed again, then met with a potential manager who asked vague questions without substance. When I asked questions, the responses were short and unhelpful, and the interviewer’s low energy made it clear they weren’t interested. After an only 15 minute interview, it was obvious this wasn’t the right fit. Overall, it was one of the most uninspiring interview experiences I've had, which is unfortunate for a company that otherwise seems great.
