A longer process than others, most tech companies are removing the design challenge aspect of the interview process but Mural still does it. Process was quick call with recruiter, then a 30 min call with hiring manager (I actually didn't get a chance to ask the manager any questions so I was disappointed about that - she did not leave time for me to ask my questions). Then a portfolio review with hiring manager and a designer, next was going to be the design challenge but I declined the next step in the interview process because I didn't like the vibe I was getting from the interviews.
