I had a pretty negative interview process. The lady I was supposed to speak with emailed me the day before (a Friday) to say she needed to reschedule the interview and she would email me early on Monday. Then she disappeared. She didn’t even bother canceling the event. When she finally spoke, two days later, she asked only 2 questions. The whole thing felt cold and scripted. She told me she had other candidates further along the process and when I followed up she was OOO. It felt like she had completely forgotten about me.
