Interview
The interview consisted of several stages (normal for a startup). However, communication between each stage often lagged for a week, leaving the candidate in limbo. Most of the interviews were warm and engaging. However, the final interview was just plain bad. The CEO had no idea what I was applying for and started off our meeting by admitting he hadn't taken the time to review my resume. It was quite off-putting.

Interview
Standard process — screening with the recruiter, a meeting with the hiring manager, then with the team, and finally with the VP. The recruiter was wonderful to work with and informative, they went out of the way to provide relevant context about the position and the team to set me up for success. I believe they ended up nixing the req but I found it to be a positive experience regardless.
