After I applied online, I was contacted by HR. Initially it was a phone interview. The next interview was a panel interview which included the Hiring Manager. The questions were job related, they also probed for people skills. The next stage consisted of a office visit and interviews by various departments. During the office visit, I had to sit for a battery of tests. All in all, they were very professional and in about a week's time they made me an offer.
