A total waste of time, and disrespectful towards job seekers. They had me take a TWO HOUR (!!!) unpaid written exam, only to send me a generic form letter after, and then ghost me. I received zero feedback on how I performed on their excessively long evaluation. Nothing about what I got correct or incorrect. Just total stonewall silence. It is completely unacceptable to have an prospective employee take a two hour written exam and then refuse to provide any feedback at all on how they performed. Given the lack of respect I was shown for my effort, I deeply regret investing this much time in their interview process. Job seekers should invest their energy elsewhere, with a company that is more respectful of the time and effort they put into the process.
