Did an initial phone interview with the hiring manager. I would've declined any follow up interview because of this phone interview as the manager only asked questions he pulled from a blog. There was nothing related to my experience or the company. The questions are good questions for the author of the blog but I'd prefer to work for a company that is somewhat prepared with their own set of questions that are relevant to my experience and the job itself.
