Interview
The position is very much a sales role so they asked a lot of questions that would test your knowledge of the sales process from pitch to close. I was interviewed by the area director and the general manager of the store with the opening. It was casual and they took turns asking questions and reviewing my resume.

It was a three-step process. First, a telephone screening. Second, an in-person interview with a store manager. Third, an in-person interview with the regional manager and another store manager. I also was given a tour of their facilities.

Took an interview for the company and thought it went well. was pretty easy, no questions that were terribly difficult. I am from out of town and they were pretty accommodating about getting me in there quickly. They are not the greatest about getting back to people. Followed up with them after the interview and have still not heard whether i got the position or not!
