I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at MyEyeDr. (Washington, DC) in Mar 2011
Interview
It was a very straight forward interview. They asked about my sales experience, whether or not I've been in the optical industry beforehand, why I wanted to get into the industry. They wanted to make sure I had a flexible schedule (Saturday hours) and was good working with customers.
I had a couple of glowing employee recommendations and It felt like the interview was a bit more of a formality.

Question 1
This was a very straight forward interview, nothing I hadn't prepared for.
It was a sit down, 1 on 1 interview. Just asking about myself and my work experience. Also asked about education and the skills that I can bring to the team.
I applied online. I interviewed at MyEyeDr. (Havre de Grace, MD)
Interview
Easy, not really tough questions. Makes it seem like a good place to work, but it is not. Told a little about the job, but not the office politics you would have to deal with.
The interview process was great! My interviewer was friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. She was very thorough and asked me decent questions as well. Overall great process. I was not too stressed out either.
