I had 2 phone interviews prior to being offered the position. Both interviews were less than 30 minutes and straight forward. I remember thinking it was much easier than I had anticipated. Definitely not nearly as intimidating as other interviews I’ve been on. They answered my questions in a way that made me satisfied and I genuinely felt that it was a pleasant interviewing experience.
