Had a phone interview, an assessment, and an interview with the team manager. All went great. HR is very communicative at first - even texting me asking me to complete the hour-long assessment over a weekend. I follow up a week after my interview with the team manager and get an out of office. Follow up again, then come to find out that they had called and left a voicemail (all other communications had been email or text), which I never received. They never followed up after leaving that one voicemail, and then called me unprofessional for being upset that they hadn't thought to follow up any other way. They seemed like a great place to work but the experience with HR ruined it for me.
