Interview
The process was simple. I was able to get to the location with ease with the directions given. The manager was friendly. I was able to meet potential lab mates which helped ease some of the stress of the new environment.

Interview
After applying on their website and indeed, I had a conversation back and forth over email with a recruiter. They had me provide a screenshot of a typing test as well. We scheduled a time to come in. They gave a brief tour of the lab and then sat in a small conference room with me and two interviewers (lab supervisors). One was friendly;y and the other was very standoff-ish and cold.

First emailed the “phone screen” questions then was selected to interview with the hiring manager. Phone screen was typical questions confirming interest and pay rate. Short interview, and then included a lab tour. Basic questions mostly

Interview
It was a phone screen with the recruiter and a zoom call with the hiring manager and someone else from the hiring manager's team. Keep in mind, this was done during covid.
