Had 3 interviews, initial phone screening, panel interview with a presentation and role play scenario. then another interview with the director with role play scenario as well. they told me i would hear from them within a week. I never heard back so I reached out to them, they never got back to me. Emailed 2 weeks after and still no response. I never got a follow up and was completely ghosted. they were not transparent in the interview process of what was coming next and completely unprofessional to ghost an applicant who went through 3 interviews and prepared a presentation and prepared for a role play scenario.
