I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Mythic (Redwood City, CA) in Mar 2018

Interview

Three part interview: detailed questions on past work experience and education, live coding challenge, and cultural questions. I met with the full team as well and the CEO; I was able to ask plenty of questions, and I felt people gave very genuine answers. Overall the experience was pleasant; the questions felt more like it a collegue asking a coworker questions, as opposed to a barrage of "interview" questions.

Questions were more open-ended. I was given a plot of model training history and asked: "If you were training a model and it was exhibiting these characteristics (train-val loss profile, accuracy, etc.) what would be your next move?"
